The conference was hosted by Xie Guoxue, former Chief Expert of Sinopec's Engineering Department, and featured the presence of numerous industry experts and leaders. During the opening ceremony, Hu Jie, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China, and Xu Wei, Vice President and Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Safety Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd., delivered speeches, extending warm congratulations on the event and emphasizing the importance of green and low-carbon development.
在19日上午的专题讲座环节，多位行业专家围绕石化行业绿色低碳发展的热点议题展开深入探讨。中国石化健康安全环保管理部正高级工程师孙志斌分享了《中国石化绿色低碳发展探索和实践》，详细阐述了中国石化在推动绿色转型方面的成功经验与未来规划。中国石油化工集团有限公司原集团高级专家熊建新以《构建绿色供应链助力石化产业高质量发展》为主题，提出了优化供应链管理对行业高质量发展的重要意义。
The morning session on December 19 featured insightful lectures by several industry experts on key topics related to green and low-carbon development in the petrochemical sector. Sun Zhibin, Senior Engineer from Sinopec's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Department, shared his insights on "Sinopec's Exploration and Practice of Green and Low-Carbon Development," detailing the company's successes and future plans for green transformation. Xiong Jianxin, Former Senior Expert at Sinopec, presented on "Building a Green Supply Chain to Promote High-Quality Development in the Petrochemical Industry," highlighting the critical role of supply chain optimization.
此外，生态环境部环境工程评估中心挥发性有机物污染防控研究中心副主任沙莎解析了《石化行业三个标准修改单要点》，为企业绿色生产提供了更清晰的方向。中国石油化工集团有限公司健康安全环保管理部高级主管罗东宁则通过《践行绿色发展战略“无废集团”领航新篇章》主题报告，展示了“无废集团”在绿色发展战略中的实践成果与标杆示范作用。这些精彩报告不仅为大会注入了丰富的专业内容，也为参会者提供了实践参考与创新思路。
In addition, Sha Sha, Deputy Director of the VOC Pollution Control Research Center at the Environmental Engineering Assessment Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, provided an analysis of the "Key Points of Three Standard Amendments in the Petrochemical Industry," offering clearer guidance for green production in enterprises. Luo Dongning, Senior Manager of Sinopec's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Department, discussed "Practicing the Green Development Strategy: Leading a New Era with the 'Zero-Waste Group,'" showcasing practical outcomes and exemplary initiatives under the green development strategy. These outstanding presentations enriched the conference with valuable professional content and offered practical references and innovative ideas for attendees.
